  • How possible is to change your metabolism?
    Changing your metabolism is definitely possible. It requires a combination of lifestyle changes and consistent effort. Metabolism refers to the chemical processes that occur in your body to convert food into energy. Factors such as age, genetics, and body composition can all affect your metabolism. However, there are several ways to increase your metabolism, such as engaging in regular exercise, eating a healthy and balanced diet, and getting enough sleep. Additionally, certain foods and supplements have been shown to boost metabolism when used as part of a balanced diet. Keep in mind that making small, sustainable changes over time is key to achieving long-term success in changing your metabolism. As a health professional, I can work with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.
  • Why 12 weeks?
    I believe in taking a holistic approach to nutrition and want to ensure that I understand your unique needs and health concerns before we begin working together. I find that this is a great time frame to establish a program with new clients. Every 12-week plan begins with a thorough assessment of your current eating habits, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. This includes reviewing the overall quality of your current diet, how well your nutrition and daily activities are aligned, and reflecting on your patterns and habits, and how they relate to your physical and emotional well-being. During the base-building phase, I will also work with you to identify any potential barriers to success and, if required, develop a personalized Retune & Reset (RnR) plan that works for you. The goal of the Retune & Reset phase is to check for any nutrient deficiencies, imbalances, digestive or other health issues that need addressing before entering the Workshop phase. This time spent up front is invaluable, ensuring that your underlying systems are in tune, geared up and ready for optimal success in the Workshop phase. The amount of time needed R'n'R, before starting the Workshop Plan varies, a typical time frame being between 4-8 weeks. By the end of the 12 weeks, everyone will be in position with a personalized Workshop plan. Some clients are in position to get started on the Workshop phase much earlier. I understand that 12 weeks may seem like a long time, but I believe strong foundations set you up for greater success in your long-term nutrition and wellness journey; By committing to a 12-week program, you give yourself the time and resources necessary to create lasting changes that will benefit your health and well-being for years to come; one of the most worthwhile investments you can make. Additionally, this time frame allows me to provide ongoing support and accountability to my clients throughout their journey. I have seen time and again that this truly holistic approach leads to better outcomes and a more sustainable approach to healthy eating.   • What is your cancellation policy?
    At The Bodhi Workshop, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your coaching session. We strive to maintain a flexible and understanding approach to cancellations, while also ensuring that our coaches' time and efforts are respected. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the session. However, we understand that emergencies can happen, and we will work with you to find a solution that is fair and reasonable. Please note that if you are running late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten the length of your session in order to accommodate other clients who are scheduled after you. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
