We will work together to identify TWO areas of focus - two goals that will have the greatest impact, and that you will switch between with varying degrees of focus.

The key to this is identifying those just-challenging-enough-goals, that will complement each other, physiologically and psychologically.
For example (and there are many others), you may want to work on both building cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. You may wish to increase your energy levels, and also lose weight. Or you may want to work on hormone balancing whilst also maintaining athletic performance.
